Suggestions for Initial Appointment
Not sure whether to choose acupuncture or herbal treatment for your first appointment? Here’s our thoughtful booking approach:
We suggest starting with a one-hour acupuncture consultation. If the doctor determines that acupuncture isn’t necessary, they can switch your appointment to a 30-minute herbal consultation at no extra cost. This ensures you have enough time for your visit.
If you’re sure you want herbal treatment only, feel free to choose the 30-minute herbal consultation right away.
Acupuncture Treatment - Initial Visit
First-time patients should select this option for enough consultation time. If acupuncture isn’t needed, the appointment will be changed to a 30-minute herbal consultation.

Includes observation, inquiry, pulse diagnosis, and prescription fee.

Acupuncture Treatment - Follow-Up
Follow-up for acupuncture.
It’s effective not only for pain but also for various internal issues, often yielding faster results.

ICBC Insurance Policy
- Our clinic provides acupuncture receipts for direct claims to ICBC.
- If you’ve been affected by a car accident, you may get approval for up to 12 treatments within the first 12 weeks, fully covered by ICBC.
- Please note that we only issue receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider.
- The clinic does not handle insurance claims.
Insurance Policy
- We dedicated to providing the best care and requires sufficient time for treatment. Therefore, we only issue receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider.
- Please submit your receipts directly to your insurance company for reimbursement, as the clinic does not handle insurance claims.
- Chinese herbal treatments are self-pay and are generally not covered by most insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations, which is not covered by insurance and must be paid before your next appointment.
- A $100 cancellation fee applies for no-shows全額診療費用作為No-Show Fee 。
Late Policy
- If you are running late, please contact us immediately.
- Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
